Moving from the USA to the UK was a massive adventure, but nothing quite prepared me for the identity shift of becoming a mother to two babies under the age of two. I have found myself embracing the new me on this family life journey.
For me, that means leaning into my creative side, protecting intentional family time, and using my OT background to design a life that's fulfilling and balanced.
